- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Called the store earlier to pickup at 7 pm which is when they close. I reached there at 7 pm and even though the staff saw me, they shut the door. Drove 40 miles for nothing. They could have saved me the trip by asking me to reschedule my pickup. Inefficient and indifferent when it comes to accommodating schedules. I called the 1-800 number to seek help. The 1-800 customer service is also not very helpful as they do very little from their end. All in all , it is very uncomfortable to deal with pickup when you have a busy schedule.
