- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Needed an insurance check endorsed and tried to call the local branch to see what I would need to do. NEVER answered the phone. Drove to the branch, and was informed that I would need certain paperwork to have the check endorsed. Something they could have told me if they would have bothered to answer the phone.
