- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The lady working the very front desk was rude and could provide no answers to a simple question, walked in today 12/30/16 for a CDL study book. I asked where I could get one. Then after about 30 seconds she replied I only have them in Spanish, I proceed to ask her if that's all they offer them in (Spanish).. I got no answer to that. I then ask when they would have more?? - ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I was in and out in 45 min. DMV agent was quick and meticulous. I had all my docs, the same ones they've needed for 25 yrs or more. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Parking is horrible. Under-trained and understaffed office creates horrible wait times. I experienced a dismissive and arrogant attitude in most of the staff. I'm not sure that they realize that the public pays their salary, and should treat the public as their respected customer, not some inferior naive being. Even the calling system is horrible; after several prompts the system hangs up on you. TXDPS, Texas Comptroller, and Texas SOS are all agencies with very poor quality. They make the IRS and USCIS look like a walk in the park. Federal agencies are by far better than Texas state agencies. Texas needs new leadership.By TheGuitarsense, December 07, 2016
